    Enjoy all that The High Desert Museum has to offer for FREE this Saturday, February 20th, 2016.  

    Happening only twice a year, this free event is a great opportunity for all to explore, discover, learn, and play at one of Central Oregon’s favorite attractions:

    Currently the featured traveling exhibit is The Hidden Life Of Ants, “which highlights the ecology and dynamic nature of these tiny creatures.”

    And, both inside and out, there are plenty of exhibits and activities for kids of all ages to enjoy! You won’t want to miss the 1904 Miller Family ranch, birds of prey area, the authentic forest ranger station, and the fascinating stroll through Central Oregon’s rich history, the Spirit of the West.
