    The latest data from the Central Oregon Association of Realtors shows good news for home values in the Bend and Redmond area:

    • Single-family home median prices increased nearly 8% in Bend (looking at 2013 to 2014 data*), and nearly 12% in Redmond.
    • Looking at bank-owned/foreclosed properties, Bend dipped 4%, yet Redmond saw an increase of nearly 37%.
    • There was also a sharp decline in short sales: 62% in Bend, and 67% in Redmond (year over year).
