Its Time To Sell Your Central Oregon Home

Summer home buying season has come and gone, but all indicators are pointing to a healthy Fall real estate market in Central Oregon.

According to data compiled in the September 2014 report from the Bratton Appraisal Group, median home prices in Bend and Redmond continue to rise and increased (over July) 2.5% and 4% respectively (single-family homes).

In Bend, the median home price rose to $325,000, and Redmond saw the median home price increase to $210,000.

While sales in both areas have slowed (compared to Spring and Summer months), the market continues to remain steady.
